- Complying with the applicable local and federal code, regulations, client requirements and to maintain a safe and pollution-free operating practice that complies with the applicable legal and other client requirements.
It is DPMSL responsibility to communicates the safety policy as considered applicable and necessary to all employees through training, daily toolbox meetings, pep-talk, postal, signages, e-mails and other management activities, both to ensure their understanding and daily application of the policies for daily accident-free operations. Our policy is made available to relevant interested parties upon request.
It is also the responsibility of ALL personnel from senior management through to all members of DPMSL to exercise their right and duty of care by STOPPING any work with observed having potentials for accident or any unsafe act/condition observed during our daily activities with the aim of preventing accident or injury to personnel and be fully committed to maintaining GOAL ZERO
It also our responsibility to follow safe work procedures and instructions at all times and to take the necessary precautions and provide appropriate levels of safety to protect employees, contractors, visitors, company asset and the environment.
